Compile certain data

Make sure you have the personal details and addresses for the owners and representatives of your business, as well as other factual information, in advance.
Allow 20–30 minutes to complete the application.
Look up your NACE/SNI code (Swedish Standard Industrial Classification), if you don’t already know it.

Make sure you have enough time

Answer all the questions carefully, so that we can get a good understanding of your business and process your application in a timely manner.
The application needs to be completed at the same time, you cannot save your application and continue later.

After you have submitted your application

If you are a private customer with us here at Swedbank, we will keep in touch via the app or internet bank. Log in to the app and turn on notifications for messages so you can easily see when we contact you. If you are not a private customer, we will contact you by post.
Once we have received your application, we will get back to you if we need additional information and documents, such as a purchase agreement/transfer agreement.
If you change the direction of the business in connection with the change of ownership, we will also need a business plan and budget.
