Become a customer with Mobile BankID

The four-step application takes only minutes to fill in. You’ll receive a response immediately. You must:

  • Have a Mobile BankID
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a Swedish personal ID number
  • Have a Swedish mobile telephone number

Once you become our customer, you will immediately have access to an account, online banking and our telephone service. After that you can download our app, connect to Swish, apply for loans, start saving and purchase insurance.

    • You have recently installed Mobile BankID on your telephone or tablet. Come in to any of our branch offices and we will help you get started. Search for your nearest branch by entering your town or city in the search field below "Offices of Swedbank and Savings banks".

    • You already have an account with HSB Bosparande or Swedbank. Please log in with Mobile BankID instead and answer a few simple questions to gain access to online banking and our telephone service.
  • To become a customer, you need to have a Swedish personal ID number. You need to visit a branch office to prove your identity by showing your national passport in the original. Search for your nearest branch by entering your town or city in the search field below "Offices of Swedbank and Savings banks".

    For countries that are part of the Schengen Agreement, an equivalent to the Swedish national ID card indicating your nationality is also valid. When you present a foreign ID, your identity needs to be corroborated with an additional document, such as residence permit, statement of employment, a certificate from the Tax Authority or school certificate.

  • When you apply online to become a customer, we ask about you and about how you will be using our services. We do this to protect both you and the bank against crime, which is fully in line with Swedish law.
