How to login with Mobile BankID
- Enter your personal identity number and choose Mobile BankID.
- Click on Log in.
- Start the BankID security app on your mobile device and enter the code you chose when you ordered Mobile BankID.
- You are now logged in.

Mobile BankID is the login method that more and more of our customers choose to use and is therefore pre-selected.
You can login with Mobile BankID even if your mobile BankID is installed on a different device, such as your mobile phone.
Follow these steps:
If you have forgotten your Mobile BankID, you need to block it and request a new one. You can order a new Mobile BankID Via your Internet bank or MobileBank.
If your Security token is broken, we will replace it with a new one. Bring the broken token to your closest branch office so that we can help you.
To log in using BankID card you need a card reader and the software for BankID installed on your computer.
If you can’t log in using your BankID card, you should first check that your BankID is working correctly. You can do this on the BankID test page.

To access the Internet bank services, you need to identify yourself, just as you do at your branch office. You do this when you log in with your Mobile BankID, Security token or BankID card. You are always logged in with an encrypted connection when you use Mobile BankID, Security token or BankID card.
