Swedbank is committed to making its websites and mobile applications accessible, in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services (Swedish law 2023:254), which incorporates Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This accessibility Statement applies to swedbank.se, the internet bank for private customers in Sweden, and the Swedbank Privat mobile apps.We are continuously working to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards. Our aim is to make these websites and mobile applications usable by as many people as possible.

Swedbank’s digital solutions rely on standard technologies for mobile applications and websites to function with particular combinations of browsers, assistive technologies or plugins. Examples of these technologies include:
