Become a customer without Mobile BankID

If you do not have a Mobile BankID you can still become a customer. This  requires an visit to a physical drop in office. Below is a checklist with the information we need from you in order for you to become a customer.

  1. Complete required forms

  2. Bring relevant documents

    Identify your current situation in the boxes below and bring the documents listed such as identity card, passport and statements from the Swedish Tax Agency showing your coordination number. We also need to understand your financial situation and how you will use our products and services and may therefore ask you for additional documents supporting this.

  3. Visit a drop in office

    Use the search field below to find a branch office open for drop in and see all opening hours. If you do not speak Swedish or English - bring an interpreter.

Becoming a bank customer

If you are a swedish citizen with swedish ID-card

If you have a swedish social security number, please visit any of our drop-in open offices and bring along:

  • ID document
  • Your printed application documents

The law requires us to understand how you want to use your account with us, so please also bring one or more of the following documents:

  • Employment contract, documents specifying salary, pension, contributions or other remuneration, account statement or financial statement from previous bank.

If you are an asylum seeker with exception from work permit

Please visit any of our drop-in open offices and bring along:

  • Valid LMA card with designation "AT-UND" (exemption from work permit requirement)
  • Copy of your passport certified by the Swedish Migration Agency
  • Register extract from the Swedish Tax Agency showing your coordination number if you have one
  • Your printed application documents

The law requires us to understand how you want to use your account with us, so please also bring one or more of the following documents:

  • Employment contract, documents specifying salary, pension, contribution or other compensation, account statement or financial statement from previous bank.

If you are from a country outside the EU/EEA

Please visit  one of our drop-in open offices and bring along:

  • An approved passport
  • Register extract from the Swedish Tax Agency showing your coordination number if you have one
  • Your printed application documents

The law requires us to understand how you want to use your account with us, so please also bring one or more of the following documents:

  • Employment contract, documents specifying salary, pension, contribution or other compensation, account statement or financial statement from previous bank.

If you are from Ukraine covered by the EU Temporary Protection Directive

If you are from Ukraine and covered by the EU Temporary Protection Directive, please visit any of our drop-in open offices and bring:

  • Your passport
  • Your residence permit card ("Uppehållstillståndskort" in Swedish) from The Swedish Migration Agency
  • A register extract from Skatteverket (The Swedish Tax Agency) showing coordination number ("Samordningsnummer" in Swedish) and address
  • Your printed application documents

If you are from a country within the EU/EEA

Please visit any of our drop-in open offices and bring along:

  • An approved passport or national identity document issued by a country within the EU or Schengen area
  • Register extract from the Swedish Tax Agency showing your coordination number if you have one
  • Your printed application documents

  • Employment contract, documents specifying salary, pension, contribution or other compensation, account statement or financial statement from previous bank.
